Laundry Renovations at The Wellington

Recently, the laundry room at the Wellington in Plymouth was updated with brand new machines, new paneling, new flooring, and an additional folding table. The room was painted and decorated. We hope our residents find that these improvements help to make doing laundry a more enjoyable task!

New Fitness Center at Christmas Lake Manor

The largest room of the clubhouse located next to the pool at Christmas Lake Manor in Excelsior used to serve as an office. Now it has been transformed into a great fitness center, complete with a treadmill, free weights, an exercise bike, mats, and other exercise equipment. We've also installed a TV with cable, so residents can watch TV as they exercise, or pop in exercise videos. The residents are very excited about this improvement and we're pleased that the facility is getting a lot of use!

New Decks at Riverview

Riverview in Brooklyn Park has spacious lawn areas and diverse landscaping.Recognizing that many residents enjoy spending time on their decks, the owners decided to replace the decks at Riverview. This was a major project, and we definitely appreciated everyone's patience as we made this improvement. To acknowledge our residents fine care of their decks, the property recently held a patio and decorating contest. There were many beautiful decks--with gorgeous flowers, plants, hanging glass art and other decorations. We are pleased that the new decks were so well received. Congratulations to the contest winners!
